We guarantee if you are not happy with our services for any reason, you may cancel the agreement at any time. No fees, no hassle. It’s as simple as that.

90 Day Sold Guarantee
If we do not have your home under contract (in escrow) within 90 days of signing our agreement, we will do it for free.

Weekly Follow Up Guarantee
As our client, we will give you a follow up phone call, text and email minimum once per week all the way until escrow is closed. If we do not, we will pay $500 towards closing costs from our pocket. Even if it happens only one time.

Call Back Guarantee
We will call you back the same day if your call comes in between 8am-5pm. If your call or email comes in after business hours we will respond the next business day. If we do not, we will pay $200 towards closing costs from our pocket. Even if it happens only one time.
